The Wilson District is a master-planned community led by Northcrest Developments at the southern edge of the former Downsview Airport lands in Toronto. The development will include thousands of new homes, extensive parks and public spaces, and direct connections to transit.  

As the 3D Designer, I’ve lead the visual direction for the project’s architectural renderings, translating the community vision into compelling visual narratives. This includes communicating design intent, neighbourhood character, demographics, and key themes such as public realm, mobility, nature, and sustainability for Town Hall presentations.
